Shipping Charges & Time
For all orders, shipping charges are calculated based on total package weight and its volume.
Though we endeavor to ensure the fastest delivery possible, items that are made to order ship out in 5-7 business days. Please note that we don’t deliver on Sundays.
In case of an unexpected or long-term delay in shipment delivery, we would inform you about the same over the phone and email. This mostly happens around public holidays or at other times due to unanticipated circumstances.
Orders once placed, cannot be canceled.
Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name are sent to you via email. You can visit the respective courier partner tracking portal and enter the AWB no. or reference no. to check the status of the shipment.
