Please note that no returns are allowed on the final sale of the products and the customer will be eligible for product exchange only if he/she receives an incorrect or damaged product. 

As our master artisans make each handmade product unique, there might be a slight variation in looks from product to product. This variation cannot be perceived as a flaw.

Please make sure that you take video while unboxing the package and share with us the same. If you have received a Broken/Incorrect Product please get in touch with the customer service within 24 hours of delivery.

If your purchase matches our exchange criteria discussed above, please email us at info@celestiahome.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:

- Order number

- Delivery address

- Specify the reason for exchange

Please ensure that you send us the product in its original condition.
