How do I care for cutlery and spoon sets?

Are your products dishwasher or microwave safe?
Some of our ceramic products are microwave-safe, but not all items are dishwasher- or microwave-friendly. Always check the product description before use.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can:
- Modify your order anytime until it begins processing
- Cancel your order within 1 hour through your Celestia account under “Order History”
After this, changes might not be possible as your order may already be in process.
What should I do if my payment fails or is declined?
Sometimes tech hiccups happen. If your payment was declined or failed, we recommend:
- Trying a different card or payment method
- Ensuring your card is enabled for online transactions
My money was debited, but I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
First, don’t worry — if the amount has been deducted, it usually auto-refunds within 3–5 working days.
Meanwhile, email us at support@celestiahome.com with your payment screenshot or transaction ID, and we’ll check instantly and help you complete your order quickly.
Can I use two different cards for one order?
We currently accept one mode of payment per order. If you’d like to split payments, consider placing two separate orders or contact us — we’re happy to find a workaround where possible.
What if my card is charged more than once?
That’s rare but fixable. If you notice multiple charges, email us with:
- The transaction IDs
- Order reference (if any)
We’ll verify and process a refund for any duplicate charge promptly.
Do you ship across India and internationally?
Yes, we do! We ship all across India via trusted partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Trackon — ensuring your order arrives safe and sound. And the good news? We now ship internationally too, so Celestia Home can find its way to you, wherever you are in the world.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an Airway Bill (AWB) number and courier name by email. You can:
- Track your order via the courier’s website
- Or use our Track Your Order page

What are your shipping charges?
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders above ₹4999.
For orders below that, we apply a small shipping fee — calculated in real time based on the order’s volumetric weight and delivery address, and displayed at checkout. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns or exchanges only if your item arrives damaged or incorrect — it’s a rare glitch in our otherwise charming story, but if it happens, we’ll make it right. Just reach out within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll take care of it.
Also, in case your package shows visible damage on the outside, please reach out to us before opening and share photos of the packaging. If there’s no visible damage externally but the product inside is damaged, kindly send us photos of the item itself so we can quickly assess the situation and guide you on the next steps.
How do I raise a return request?
We don’t offer returns as a policy — all our pieces are handcrafted in small batches with love. But if your order arrives damaged or incorrect (rare, but it can happen!), you can email us at support@celestiahome.com within 24 hours of delivery, along with your order details and clear photos. We’ll take care of it — quickly and kindly.
What’s your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order before it is processed.
- For immediate cancellations, you may self-cancel within 1 hour of placing the order through your account
- After that, please contact us within 6 hours to request a manual cancellation
Note: Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
What if I want to change the delivery address after placing my order?
If you need to update your delivery address, please reach out to us within 6 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes — but we’ll do our best to help wherever possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Yes! Every piece comes beautifully packed. Want to add a message? Leave it at checkout — we’ll handwrite it for a personal touch. Premium gift wrapping is also available.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout — and don’t worry, we never include pricing in gift orders.
Do you accept bulk or custom gifting orders?
Yes! We create bespoke gift sets for weddings, housewarmings, and corporate occasions. Email us to start something special.
