Return & Refund Policy

At Celestia Home, every piece is crafted with intention — handcrafted by skilled artisans who bring stories of care and craftsmanship into your home. We want you to love what you receive. While we take great care to ensure your order reaches you perfectly, if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it — with fairness, clarity, and kindness.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received an incorrect item (wrong product, color, size, or variant).

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist you promptly.

If the item was a gift or there’s an unavoidable delay, please still reach out — we’ll do our best to help.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Email us at support@celestiahome.com with:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of what went wrong

We’ll respond within 2–3 working days and guide you through the next steps — whether it’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Important:

  • We offer a one-time exchange if the product is damaged or incorrect, subject to availability.
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Note: Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural in handcrafted products. These are not considered defects but signs of authentic craftsmanship — what makes each Celestia Home piece truly unique.

Refunds

We offer refunds only when:

  • The item is damaged or incorrect, and
  • A replacement or exchange is not possible.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll request your bank details for a NEFT transfer.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 3–5 working days after approval.

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Sale or promotional items (unless damaged).
  • Items showing signs of use or without original packaging.
  • Slight irregularities due to handcrafting.

Return Shipping:

For approved returns or exchanges, we’ll either arrange a pickup or reimburse standard return shipping. Our team will confirm the process while assisting you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it — or anytime before it’s fully processed or dispatched. To cancel, simply head to the Orders section in your account or email us at support@celestiahome.com.

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  • Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to recall it.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

Gift Orders & Special Notes

  • For gifts, if you don’t have the order number, we’ll ask for the name of the sender or delivery details to help locate the order.
  • Gift returns follow our standard return and exchange policy. For full details, please refer to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. If eligible, we’ll issue a Celestia Home gift card of equivalent value.
  • Gift wrap and shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Sale purchases are final unless the item arrives damaged — in that case, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.

  • Can I cancel my order after 24 hours?
    Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order  or before your order is fully processed or dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
  • Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
    Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Minor variations in handcrafted products are not defects and cannot be returned.
  • Who pays for return shipping?
    For approved returns/exchanges, we arrange pickup or reimburse the standard return shipping cost.
  • How and when will I get my refund?
    Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
  • What about returns of gift or sale items?
    Gift returns are subject to our standard Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. If approved, a Celestia Home gift card of equivalent value will be issued. Please note, all sale items are final and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
