At Celestia Home, we pack every order with the same care and attention we put into our handcrafted creations. From our studio to your doorstep — whether in India or across the globe — we want you to feel the excitement of receiving something truly special.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across India and to select international destinations.
- Domestic Shipping: Across India via reliable partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DHL.
- International Shipping: Available to most major countries via DHL Express or FedEx

Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping on orders above ₹4,999
- For orders below ₹4,999, a nominal shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on the volumetric weight and destination of your order.
- Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the volumetric weight of your order.
- Duty and taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout along with shipping costs and prepaid by us, so you don’t have to worry about any surprise charges upon delivery.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery Time (India): Usually 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery Time (International): Typically 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
- Handcrafted or Made-to-Order Products: These may take a bit longer, as they are created just for you. We’ll always keep you updated on their progress.
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of order (India) or 10–20 days internationally.
You’ll see your estimated delivery window at checkout, based on your pincode or location.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:
- Your Airway Bill (AWB) number
- The courier partner’s name
- A tracking link to follow your parcel either via the courier’s website or through our Track Your Order page
A Few Things to Note
- Delivery timelines begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.
- Once shipped, we can’t make changes to your delivery address.
- Deliveries may require a signature on arrival.
- In rare cases (e.g., weather delays, customs, or regional disruptions), delivery may take a bit longer — we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
- Every Celestia Home parcel is thoughtfully packed and quality-checked before it leaves our studio — so it arrives ready to be unwrapped and cherished.
