Orders, Cancellations & Changes
We try to make shopping easy and flexible, within reason.
- Cancelling an Order: Orders can be cancelled within 1 Hour of placing them, or before the order is dispatched or fully processed. You can do this via your account’s Orders page or by emailing us at support@celestiahome.com.
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once shipped.
- Sales & Promotions: Orders placed during promotional periods are final and cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Order Refusal: We may cancel orders if there are payment issues, stock shortages, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Shipping & Delivery
